Iguazu Falls

The mighty and thunderous Iguazu falls are the most overwhelmingly magnificent in all of South America. So impressive that the first lady Eleanor Roosevelt remarked 'poor Niagara' on witnessing them (they're four times wider). I decided to set out north to visit these majestic falls and get a little wet!

La Cathedral

The Cathedral lies on the north of Plaza de Mayo and stands on the site of the first church in Buenos Aires. The current structure dates from 1753-1822 and houses the tomb of the Liberator, Gen Jose de San Martin as well as the ashes of the unknown soldier.
